Safety and suitability
Indoor skiing and simulator use involve physical demands and risks. Suitability depends on the person, equipment, supervision and task. If pain, unusual symptoms, loss of safe control or an equipment concern arises, stop and seek appropriate assistance. Return after injury should follow an appropriate clinician-led plan.
No simulator score establishes medical readiness, protection from injury or safe performance in all skiing conditions. Training observations must be interpreted within the conditions in which they were made.
